Where I Work: Four Areas, One Mobile Service

I work on my own, out of Ascot, and I come to you — one engineer, fully mobile, no premises to visit. Every one of the fifteen towns below gets the same two ways of working: a secure remote session, or a home or office visit. How the Service Works in Every Town

Remote support by secure screen-share

Most jobs need no travelling at all. You let me onto your screen through a secure session and watch every step while I work, from any of the fifteen towns. Phone and remote diagnostics are always free, with no obligation, and remote work is billed at £25 per 15 minutes, capped at £75 an hour, normally on a 24-hour turnaround.

Home & office visits — I travel to you

I'm fully mobile: no premises, no workshop, no counter — I come to you, at home or at work, and you never travel to me. Visits are by appointment, Monday to Friday 9am–7pm and Saturday to Sunday 12pm–5pm, anywhere in the fifteen towns, with no callout or travel surcharge.

Do you charge travel between the 15 towns? ▼

No. I don't charge a callout or travel surcharge in any of the fifteen towns — the rate card is the same everywhere. In Ascot the first 30 minutes of a home visit is £50; outside Ascot a visit starts at £75 for the first hour.

Do you remove viruses and scams in every town? ▼

Yes. Virus, malware and scam removal is available in all fifteen towns as scheduled work — £25 per 15 minutes, capped at £75 an hour, normally on a 24-hour turnaround. For urgent same-day help in Ascot, see the virus and scam removal page.

Remote or on-site — where should I start? ▼

Start with a free phone diagnosis on (01344) 935008 — no obligation. If your machine starts and your internet works, I can usually do the work by secure remote session while you watch every step. If it won't start, the fault is physical, or you'd rather I came out, I'll visit you at home or at work.

Is the service the same in every town? ▼

Yes — the same services and the same rate card travel with me to all fifteen towns: PC and Windows repair, virus and scam removal, SSD and RAM upgrades, data recovery and backups, Wi-Fi and mesh network setup, printer setup, gaming PC optimisation and small-business IT support. The only local difference is Ascot's £50 first-30-minute visit minimum.
