Most issues are solved remotely over a secure screen-share session; for anything hands-on we come to your home or office. Honest Boundaries
We focus on Windows PCs and laptops — software faults, viruses, slow performance, SSD upgrades, data recovery and setup. We do not perform Apple Mac hardware repairs, broken laptop screen replacements, or board-level laptop surgery. When a job sits outside what we do well, we say so plainly and point you to a trusted local specialist rather than take your money for guesswork.
